 | Website Administration and Maintenance (W.A.M.) - This service is primarily used by our Platinum Web Package owners. Our W.A.M. service includes: - Daily monitoring of your site to make sure it's up and running
- Notification to you of your site being down or any problems with it (yes, these things do happen but they are very rare)
- Periodic changes requested by you (removing and adding products, images, tax, and shipping charges information, etc.)
- Adding additional pages, graphics and content supplied by you
Our charges are $35 per hour for changes and additions. No additional charge for monitoring and notification. We track our start, pause, resume, and stop times and will provide this information to you upon request. If your account is low or has run out, please re-charge it below so we can continue to service your needs. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Please contact us if you have questions. Additional Design Services - these services consist of, but are not limited to: - HTML programming
- adding pages with graphics and content
- flash intro design
- adding/deleting/changing products and images
- adding streaming media
- updating shipping and tax information for products
- making changes and testing your merchant account
- autoresponder setup
- email forms
Charges are billed at $35 per hour. We feel this is better than charging you a flat fee. When you pay a flat fee, it may take the webmaster only a few minutes to complete the job so your flat fee may have added up to $200/hr or more. From our standpoint, that doesn't seem fair to you. If it looks like your request is going to be more costly to charge you by the hour, we will revert to a flat fee and inform you of the charge(s) before we start. We record our start, pause, resume and stop times and will be happy to provide you with this information on request. When you need any of our custom services, please call or email us with your request so we can review and discuss it, and provide you with a fair quote . Our goal is to offer you the best value while maximizing our productivity. Funds must be in your account before we begin work. If you need to add funds to your account or re-charge it, please do so below. Minimum re-charge fee is one hour. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept VISA, MC, and Discover online. |
